July 11 - A very busy week
Our swimmer of the week this past week was Greta Staton. She comes to practice every day and works hard. When Coach Stuart gives her a set in practice, she asks to make it harder! Congratulations Greta!

Here is our week ahead:Monday - FAST tri-meet with Ravensworth at Sideburn Run. Be at Sideburn Runby 5:10 for warm-ups. The meet starts at 6pm. Sideburn Run is located onZion Dr.- take Commonwealth to Sideburn, make left. Make a right on Zion andit is on the left. May be limited parking. Carpool! Swim Team This Week
Happy Father’s Day!
Time Trials went well on Saturday, and now we are getting ready for an exciting season of swimming! Here is a preview of our week ahead:
Monday: regular afternoon practice
Tuesday: is the last day of school for FCPS. There will be no swim practice that day. The CSC Social Committee is hosting an End of the Year party starting at 1:30pm.
Reminder: PLEASE write in the binder by Tuesday evening if your child will not be here on Saturday (or any Saturday).
Wednesday: Morning practices begin, which includes the critters! (7:30-8:30, 8:30-9:30, 9:30-10:15am).
